Payment and Shipping
Payment processed upon order with prompt fulfillment, and shipping within 2 business days as all physicals are normally kept in stock. We will notify you of any longer delay and give you the option to cancel your order with no penalty if you are unwilling to wait beyond the 2 days. All orders ship ground from central US (Texas). Ground shipping to the continental United States is included in the displayed price as well as any applicable sales tax for all orders of physical goods. At present, we are not set up to ship elsewhere.

We are Metroplex Web Design, Inc. of North Texas in the United States. We operate websites at MetroplexWeb.com, AngryAlmond.games, AngryAlmond.studio, DreamSpeed.net, CWebDes.com, RunSquish.com, EchoesOfEgypt.com, SirMikothy.com, DJThoth.com (and others not necessarily mentioned here) selling digital and physical goods relating to Indie Video Games, Indie Music, and Software Development.
Generous physical goods policy: Carrier damage handled via insurance claim for replacement. Product defects within 14 days of arrival customer chooses (1) return for replacement, (2) keep original + discounted replacement, or (3) keep original + 30% refund. Contact us for extenuating circumstances beyond 14 days.
Generous digital goods policy: 14 day full refunds, 30 day 50% refunds, exchanges for equal value digital goods within 90 days.
Privacy statement: We collect customer name, email, phone, billing/shipping addresses for order fulfillment and customer service, share with payment processors and shipping carriers as needed, retain data until order fulfilled plus reasonable support period then delete unless customer opts into marketing. Customers may request data access/deletion or opt-out of communications.
Liability and disputes: Liability limited to purchase price, disputes governed by Texas law, contact via website for issues.
